Is there a minimum order quantity?
Requirements vary by product. Send us your list with the quantities you need and any minimums will be stated in your quotation.
Do you supply prescription medicines?
Yes, to buyers who hold the appropriate drug licences. For Schedule H, H1 and X medicines we confirm licence details before supply. We do not sell prescription medicines to the public.
How are prices, payment and delivery decided?
Prices, payment terms and delivery arrangements are set out in the written quotation for your specific request, so you know the terms before you confirm.
Can you quote for products not in the catalogue?
Yes. Add the details in the notes of your quotation request or contact us, and our team will check whether we can source the product.
